What is the status of my Self-Query?

To check your Self-Query order status:

  1. Sign in to the Self-Query site using the same username and password you used when placing the order.
  2. If you have more than one order, you'll land on the "Your Self-Query Orders" page.
  3. Each order will show a status, such as:
    • Pending -Your order was received but hasn't been processed.
    • Processing - Your order is being reviewed and prepared.
    • Complete - Your Self-Query is finished. You can download the certified PDF. If you requested a mailed copy, it has been sent or will be sent shortly.
  4. Click the Order ID for the one you want to review.
  5. On the "View/Modify Your Order" page, you'll see:
    • The current status of your order
    • A link to download your Certified PDF Self-Query Response (if it's complete)
    • A USPS tracking number (if you asked for an additional mailed copy, and it has shipped)
    • Order and payment details
    • Your billing receipt

Note: If your order is marked complete, you can download the certified PDF directly-even if you also asked for an additional mailed copy.
